Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge in the use of surgical robotics
• Strong solution selling skills
• Ability to build a team of advocates within each hospital
• Tenacity to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis
• Ability to build support from surgeons and administration for da Vinci Surgery
• Proven successful project management
• Proven successful track record in capital medical equipment sales
• Proven track record of high performance and collaboration in various sales roles
• Strong Account Management and Value Selling
• Demonstrate collaborative leadership and influence management
• Foster creative solutions and idea sharing for common problems
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Fluent in English and Norwegian required
