Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant (Automation, Content & Operations Support)
                                Job Description:
I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me across multiple businesses (e-commerce, consulting, and lifestyle brands). This is not just a classic VA role — I need someone who is comfortable with tools, automations, and content workflows, and can help streamline daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Inbox & calendar management → filter, tag, draft replies, and assist with scheduling.
- Research & admin tasks → suppliers, tools, flights, data entry, updating Notion/Airtable.
- Content coordination → manage outreach to UGC creators & freelancers, track deliverables, organize assets.
- Automation support (Make / Zapier / n8n basics):
- Update/test existing workflows
- Build simple automations (e.g. form → sheet → email)
- Spot issues and escalate
- AI usage → run prompts to generate drafts (copy, outlines, research summaries) for review.
- Basic design support → create simple visuals, slides, or one-pagers in Canva/Figma.
- Optional but nice: Shopify/e-commerce admin (updating products, order checks, etc.).
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience as a VA, operations assistant, or similar role.
- Tech-savvy: familiar with tools like Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Shopify, Canva, etc. (or quick learner).
- Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
- Able to work 10–15 hours per week with some overlap in Bali/Europe time zones.
