The Role: Customer Experience Representative
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making live outbound calls to customers to gather feedback, improve customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty
- Providing top-notch service, empathy, and understanding to customers, ensuring their voices are heard and valued
- Working collaboratively with our clients to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results
- Answering inbound calls after hours, taking messages, and escalating urgent matters to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements and Qualifications
