Job Summary
In this part-time customer support role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier client experiences through various channels, including telephone, message, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. Your primary objective will be to support client achievement, address client inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, settling issues, and complying with work rules, policies, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client achievement and look for ways to improve moderately complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services
- Perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, settling issues, and giving a top-tier client experience while complying with work rules, policies, and guidelines
- Consistently seek guidance from management, raise questions, and refer more difficult issues to staff
- Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, incorporating consulting with different departments for issue resolution
- Collaborate with experienced agents on difficult issues
- Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff
- Answer requests and issues from clients in a timely and professional manner
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or resolving client issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong client service skills, with the ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, understand, and resolve complex client issues
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate different computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
