About the Role

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible shift options to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs
  • Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
  • Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support
  • Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
  • Successfully demonstrate QRM's core values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
  • Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing at least 40wpm

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of call center software and technology
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
