Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional engagement and follow-up communication via phone, email, and support software with customers and coworkers.
 - Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests, creating service requests and dispatching them accordingly.
 - Identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, utilizing web-based system tools such as OMS, Word, and Excel.
 - Interact with vendors, customers, and employees via phone, text, and email, escalating service calls when necessary.
 - Maintain accurate records by logging all communication in work service requests and attaching Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS.
 - Act as the nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support, and handling inbound and outbound calls to 20-30 drivers nightly.
 - Proactively monitor on-time pickups and deliveries, escalating problems to proper manager contacts as needed.
 - Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and effectively communicate pertinent information to daytime contacts within multiple geographical regions.
 - Perform other duties as determined by your manager, including ordering and canceling injectable doses and entering helium readings into OMS.
 
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Customer service/call center/patient scheduling experience.
 - Strong ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail.
 - Excellent time management, organization, and focus.
 - Ability to articulate thoughts into clear and concise written and verbal communication.
 - Experience working on computers, using Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar industry or role.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Familiarity with web-based system tools and customer service software.

Work Schedule & Environment
This is a remote position, but you'll be required to work rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts according to a set schedule. You must be flexible and able to work OT when needed, including weekends and holidays. For the first two weeks, you'll undergo training at our Downers Grove, IL location.
