Key Responsibilities

  • Forge strong, lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Skillfully review, validate, and process customer transactions with high accuracy, including check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments.
  • Proactively offer personalized financial services tailored to customers' lifestyles, maximizing their success and satisfaction.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • Participate in daily inbound and outbound call campaigns to build new business and strengthen customer connections.
  • Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment that adheres to internal and external appearance standards, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Uphold office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including the management of vault and cash drawer operations.
  • Comply with Company policies, procedures, and all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on our evolving products and processes, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best service.
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic environment, navigating multiple tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
  • Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends, as store hours and schedules may vary.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor with customers and peers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to accurately enter data.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
  • Prior cash handling and cash drawer/vault management experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus and may be required for certain locations.

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $20.00/hr. Our Total Compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication, offering a competitive salary along with a range of benefits that support your overall well-being.
