As a Part-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including full kitchen areas, bathrooms, balconies, bedrooms, closets, furniture, artwork, windows, and overall upkeep of guest rooms
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities as needed
- Vacuum and edge carpets, including under furniture, and remove carpet "spots"
- Dust and detail windows, walls, and baseboards
- Clean balconies/patios, walls, floors, and furniture
- Fold towels and linens, and perform special requests as required
- Deep clean rooms and bathrooms on designated days
- Perform daily turndown services for VIP guests and specific room types
- Restock cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Disney or hospitality environment
- Certification in housekeeping or a related field
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
