Position Overview

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our coaching programs by reaching out to prospective clients, presenting our coaching programs, and closing sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Reach out to prospective coaching clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings to introduce our coaching programs and build interest.
  • Presentation and Explanation: Present and explain the value of our coaching programs, addressing client needs and objections, and highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building: Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to build trust and relationships with prospective clients.
  • Closing Sales: Close sales and meet enrollment goals, ensuring that clients receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all interactions are documented and up-to-date.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales or enrollment, preferably in the mortgage or housing industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build trust.
  • Closing Ability: Proven ability to close sales effectively and meet enrollment goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the mortgage or housing industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability: Availability for approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
