Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions.
 - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, management, and customers.
 - Manage the day-to-day change management process for the team, ensuring that all changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented.
 - Monitor and evaluate change progress, providing recommendations and feedback to improve the change management process.
 - Assume ownership of existing business processes and services, driving enhancements and continuous improvements to ensure high-quality services and end-user experiences.
 - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle, working closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
 - Support projects migrating from existing platforms to new platforms, ensuring that all technical aspects are properly addressed.
 - Build product definitions and use technical skills to drive towards the right solutions, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
 - Analyze and estimate the feasibility of new technologies and hardware, working closely with cyber, network, and telecommunication teams.
 - Assure 24x7 operations and stability of services, with a high regard for end-user experience and customer satisfaction.
 - Support the creation of the enterprise-level roadmap, providing input on multiple vendors for future business demands.
 - Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient systems that meet the needs of the business and our customers.
 - Provide knowledge sharing, mentoring, and systems training to junior team members as needed.
 - Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
 - Contribute to significant business initiatives, attend scrum meetings, and give presentations.
 - Solve difficult problems, learn new technologies, and push the boundaries of what is possible.
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of non-internship professional experience with ITIL.
 - Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of hardware (Windows OS/Apple OS), installation, configuration, and management of hardware/software.
 - Cloud Experience: 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
 - Scripting and API Integration: 1+ year of experience with any scripting and API integration.
 - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
 - Certifications: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Change Management: Experience in change management strategy development, risk identification, and mitigation.
 - Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
 - Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Collaboration: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
