Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with tracking packages, updating addresses, and delivery issues
Provide accurate information about UPS services, shipping options, and policies
Escalate complex concerns to senior support or technical teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
Follow communication guidelines and company standards
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written communication and typing skills (45+ WPM)
Customer service experience preferred but not required
