Key Responsibilities
- Define, Own, and Refine Product Success Metrics: Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams to develop a comprehensive metric framework that ties to business elevation.
- Report, Track, and Diagnose Key Metrics: Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Identify and address instrumentation gaps to ensure accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on revenue-generating user journeys.
- Influence Product Strategy: Work with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, prioritize, and support product strategy, applying technical expertise and observational data analysis to address critical business questions.
- Communicate Data-Driven Insights: Deliver effective presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Measurements, Math, Information Science, Designing, Physical science, Financial matters, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in research applications (e.g., analyzing experiences, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems) and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge:
- Experience with exploratory design, processing, data analysis, survey design, and statistical modeling.
- Background in primary research or operations management support (e.g., consulting, management reporting, Six Sigma certification).
- Ability to apply statistical training to real-world data and drive business decisions.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
