Job Summary

As a Full-Time Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client care by sharing accurate and timely information with customers, resolving issues, and escalating high-impact issues as needed. You'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omnichannel mindset and our EDLP and EDLC business models to all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to straightforward FAQ-based inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize choice help tools to determine the root cause of customer issues and implement suitable resolutions.
  • Escalate high-impact issues to senior support specialists or management as needed, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Adhere to Walmart's policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, upholding our company's commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals, identify needs, and develop solutions.
  • Communicate progress and information to customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring transparency and effective issue resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
