Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at Walgreens, you will be responsible for resolving clinical correspondences raised from stores, settling patient complaints, and overseeing stage one and stage two of the Means approach for raised clinical quality issues. You will also develop and maintain relationships with existing hospital systems, ensure execution of Mark Drug Store Wellbeing and Health programs, and collaborate with Region Supervisors to drive business growth.
