Our North America Email team is responsible for managing all email, application push, and SMS communications between Wayfair and our customers. As a Senior Analyst in this team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer engagement through data-driven insights and analysis. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst in the AAI role, you will be responsible for: * **Advanced Analysis and Insights**: Perform in-depth, data-driven analyses that require advanced SQL and data table knowledge. Lead knowledge-driven roadmapping to identify potential opportunities for channel improvement based on your investigations. * **A/B Testing Improvement**: Champion the application of data-driven best practices and develop a flexible, dynamic testing structure. Identify opportunities to streamline the testing process, such as automated Python result pulling and adaptable dashboards. * **Data Expertise**: Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Designing, focusing on medium-term asks (run planning) and shaping long-term guidance. Become the subject matter expert on data tables, including what data is available, where it lives, and how to utilize it. Extensively communicate these insights across the broader team. * **Performance Reporting**: Normalize channel metrics and create flexible dashboards across stores/geos. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and draft stories. Field performance-related questions from MSO and Patterns. **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, finance, business, or a related field with a quantitative focus. * 3+ years of experience in an data-intensive role, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or a related field. * Proficiency in data analysis and advanced SQL, as well as Google Sheets/Excel use. A passion for finding patterns in data is essential. * Familiarity with Python is a plus. * Excellent critical thinking and verbal and written communication skills – the ability to distill complex ideas and influence senior-level and cross-functional partners. * The ability to own and execute on solutions for complex problems independently. * Capacity to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A desire to win together – a collaborative individual who wants to see themselves and others succeed and flourish. **Support for People with Disabilities** Wayfair is committed to providing equal opportunities to all individuals, including those with disabilities.
