About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) Remote, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support, greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
 - Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus.
 - Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
 - Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.
 - Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
 
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

 - Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
 - Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
 - Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
 - Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
