About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex projects and drive technical initiatives for Google Translate Data Entry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Planners to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
 - Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled forecasts, and presentations
 - Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
 - Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to improve
 - Utilize technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
 - Communicate technical plans, progress, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management
 
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
 - At least 4 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical projects
 - 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, with a proven track record of success
 - Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling large datasets using SQL
 - Excellent analytical, data visualization, and critical thinking skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
 - Experience in technical program/project management roles, with a deep understanding of technical trade-offs and product development
 - Ability to identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within at least one team to drive impact and work toward shared goals
 - Strong understanding of Google Cloud and its applications in business transformation
