Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality healthcare services to residents in an assisted living facility, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, with compassion and respect.
• Monitor residents' vital signs, temperature, respirations, and other health indicators, recording their condition accurately.
• Maintain detailed resident care records and document services provided, ensuring seamless care coordination.
• Administer simple prescribed and PRN medications as directed by a Registered Nurse.
• Utilize resources and materials to provide resident comfort, including transporting residents within the facility and responding to their call pendants.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Familiarity with basic personal care and hygiene standards.
• A caring and compassionate personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Be at least 18 years of age and hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Current licensure as a CNA or willingness to complete training.
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Knowledge of assisted living facility operations and care standards.
