Bilingual Host Recruiter for Airbnb - Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Host Recruiter to support our growing Airbnb hospitality business. As a Host Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying and recruiting top hosts for our properties, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and driving business growth. If you're passionate about the hospitality industry, have a successful background in recruitment or partnership development, and are fluent in Spanish and English, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential hosts for our Airbnb properties, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the platform and its functionalities.
 - Reach out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media, and conduct initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
 - Manage ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration.
 - Maintain a database of potential and current co-hosts, monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
 
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development, with a strong track record of success.
 - Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages.
 - In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
 - Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 - Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of the Airbnb ecosystem.

Compensation and Benefits:
