About the Role: Experienced Field Investigator - Remote Surveillance Division

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Investigator to join our Remote Surveillance department, focusing on the mid-west region, including Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, and surrounding states. As a Field Investigator, you will play a critical role in conducting covert field surveillance, gathering evidence, and providing detailed reports to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct covert field surveillance in a professional and discreet manner
  • Write detailed, accurate summaries and reports of surveillance activities
  • Submit reports and video evidence by required deadlines
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays, weekends, and overnight stays
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Upgrade your current internet to a Gigabit speed (company pays for upgrade) to ensure efficient data transmission
  • Lift up to 60 lbs as required by the job

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent required; further education and experience are preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong level of integrity and ethics, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
