Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Grow Our Client Base: Identify and target potential clients in London who require recruitment services for hybrid or office-based staff. Build relationships with decision-makers and establish a strong network of contacts.
  • Independent Research and Prospecting: Conduct research to identify target markets and businesses in need of recruitment services. Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and other relevant channels to generate interest in our services.
  • Lead Qualification and Conversion: Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls with potential clients. Convert leads into clients and maintain a database of potential clients and interactions.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Provide regular updates on the progress of lead generation activities, including metrics on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation. Continuously evaluate and improve our lead generation strategies and tactics to optimize results.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven Lead Generation Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the recruitment or a related industry.
  • Start-Up Experience: Experience working with start-ups or small businesses with limited resources, and a proven track record of success in generating leads and driving revenue growth.
