We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Recruiter to join our team in Washington DC. About the Role

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage both sides of the desk, while helping your clients and candidates thrive! You will focus on existing clients and identifying new ones, while interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders
  • Manage both sides of the desk, working closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify new clients and business opportunities, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and match them with suitable job openings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience
  • Utilize industry expertise and knowledge to drive business results and achieve recruitment goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and leverage collective knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience
  • High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
  • Team-player with a collaborative mindset
  • Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology
  • Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed
  • Driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality
  • Ability to work in a remote-based or hybrid model work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the legal recruitment industry
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated salary for this position is $65,478. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission. Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and reimbursement and retirement programs.
