Key Responsibilities

  • Claims Follow-up: Proactively follow up on missing information to facilitate the claims processing, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Invoice Review: Carefully review invoices to verify accuracy, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Reporting: Compile and generate reports from our claims management systems, providing valuable insights and data to support our claims coordination team.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to our claims coordination team, ensuring the smooth operation of our claims processing activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer service or administrative support role.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately process and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Background Investigation: Must be willing to undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
  • Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
