About the Role
As the CDP Product Leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping Delta's customer data strategy and driving the adoption of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, configure, and maintain our CDP, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing solutions and delivering personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs, ensuring data quality, and optimizing platform performance.
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform, collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical requirements and implementations.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on segment-building, RT-CDP platform, and data governance best practices.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions, working closely with Adobe Support and Consulting partners to coordinate product improvements and workarounds.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Leading training sessions to upskill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform, promoting adoption, and driving business outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in technical data management and marketing solution experience, preferably with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven insights and decision-making.
- A commitment to safety, security, and data governance, with a focus on protecting customer information.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with a minimum age of 18 and authorization to work in the United States.
