About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of security, effectiveness, and development by recognizing measurable patterns and execution measurements to further develop the Quality Control division. Your expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation will enable you to create, present, and make proposals for novel thoughts and activities, as well as perform basic examination to relieve the gamble of rebelliousness through process upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Perform and help others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, approval, and root cause analysis on data components.
  • Help with creating and conveying results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical Clients and Leaders.
  • Help with examining ad-hoc requests arising due to emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibility.
  • Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
  • Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and organize data from different sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
  • Assess effectiveness of processes and procedures by observing for patterns and errors.
  • Guarantee that a compliance outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. * Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. * Experience with data management and governance frameworks such as Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security. * Strong understanding of data ethics and compliance regulations. * Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
