Manager, Corporate Housing (Virtual, US)
Role OverviewManage team of corporate housing specialists and coordinators (where applicable). Act as point of escalation for issues with transferees, clients, account management, operations and suppliers. Facilitate problem resolutions and ensure high quality of service delivery and compliance with temporary living policies. Work with senior/VIP transferees, group moves and training programs. Act as single point of accountability to the client and SVP, Residential and Corporate Housing.*The deadline to apply for this position is Friday, September 26th at 5pm EST. Responsibilities40% Manage AssociatesProvide consistent feedback to Corporate Housing Team to ensure a high level of customer satisfactionAdminister training, performance reviews and lead the development of team membersConduct interviews and make decisions regarding the hiring of associates35% Manage Day-to-Day Operation of Assigned AccountsDistribute workloads and files to the teamProvide feedback and updates on client activity Be the single point of contact for escalationsWork with VIP transferees as neededOrganize and develop training programs for the departmentOrganize and execute client temporary housing programs (group moves, interns, etc.) using all resources within the team25% MiscellaneousSupport strong relationships with the suppliers/providers. Act as point of contact for day-to-day service issues escalation and resolution with suppliersSupport and participate as needed in client visits, presentations and reportingAssist with RFP completionEducate organization on Corporate Housing issues as related to their policy, legislative changes, etc.Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure minimal errors on the account (Operations, Account Management, Accounting, FP&A)QualificationsCollege Degree preferred or equivalent work experienceCRP, GMS and CHPA designations preferredStrong customer service experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective problem-solving skillsStrong conflict resolution skillsAbility to work under stress and maintain high level of detail while multi-taskingAt Sirva, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices.
