About the Role

As a Kids Development Teacher and Party Specialist at My Gym, you'll be responsible for teaching children's fitness classes and facilitating exciting birthday parties. Key Responsibilities

• Teach children's fitness classes, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for all participants
• Facilitate birthday parties, providing an exceptional experience for children and their families
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different age groups and abilities
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to My Gym's high standards
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 15 hours availability per week, including weekends
• Experience working with children in a fitness or developmental capacity
• A background in fitness, athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or a related field
• Effective leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to engage and inspire children
• A clean background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry
• Certifications in children's fitness, gymnastics, or a related field
• First aid and CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
