Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline support processes and enhance customer experience.
- Create and maintain comprehensive runbooks and documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and efficient issue resolution.
- Improve and maintain help tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with our evolving product offerings.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for product and functional enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 3 years of professional help desk or technical support experience, preferably in a customer-facing engineering support role.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with version control tools, particularly GitHub, including branching, merging, pull requests, review cycles, and conflict resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of Gradle, with the ability to effectively manage and configure project builds and dependencies.
- Proficiency in Java, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience in developing tools and scripts, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities through automation.
- Solid grasp of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles and their applications.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering superior client experiences across complex organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an appreciation for thorough documentation.
- Proven collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for technical documentation and creating high-quality knowledge bases.
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with GRPC, including handling service-to-service IPC calls, GRPC conventions, and knowledge of the Protobuf protocol.
- Experience with Linux and Docker, particularly with Debian/Ubuntu environments.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in building dashboards to inform support strategies.
- Insight into supporting infrastructure automation, with experience using tools like Zendesk or other ticketing systems for organization.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for visibility tooling and best practices.
