Role Summary
As a Customer Success Associate at Nuuly, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating a seamless experience for customers, and driving business growth through effective communication and issue resolution. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions to ensure a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, relatable, and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the Nuuly brand.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer needs while balancing business objectives.
- Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure customer needs are being met and exceeded.
- Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers (minimum 70 interactions per shift).
- Take on additional projects and support external team members to drive business success and customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A consistently stable internet connection to ensure seamless remote work.
