Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
- Empower Customer Success: Utilize decision-making skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering brand loyalty.
- Balance Customer Needs with Business Objectives: Demonstrate empathy towards customers while being mindful of the company's bottom line, striving to find solutions that satisfy both.
- Collect and Share Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customer interactions and share them with relevant teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and to drive business improvements.
- Meet Productivity Standards: Handle a minimum of 70 customer interactions per shift, maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Stay Adaptable and Flexible: Be prepared to take on additional projects and support external team members as needed to support business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
