About the Role: Paid Social Media Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Paid Social Media professional with a strategic mindset and a track record of managing and growing social media accounts. As our Paid Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our social media clients, staying informed about emerging trends and market conditions, and implementing strategies to harness opportunities and mitigate threats. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Take a high-level approach to ensure the achievement of target KPIs and performance objectives for your assigned clients, staying informed about emerging trends and market conditions within the paid social media landscape.

  • Demonstrable proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices in social media.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to provide hands-on support during peak periods or leave coverage.
