About the Role
As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and prospective customers, providing support via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and help our customers get the most out of our product. You will be working remotely, and we are looking for someone who can commit to 20-30 hours per week, preferably 4-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The ability to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support via multiple channels, including live chat, email, phone, and video calls
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and its features to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers
- Collaborate with the customer care team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our support processes
- Identify opportunities to improve our product and services, and provide feedback to the development team
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or tech startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and concise manner
- A strong understanding of the retail and business landscape, including the challenges faced by our customers
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Spanish language skills
- Experience working in a tech startup or customer-facing environment
- Chat or phone-based customer service experience
- Retail or restaurant experience
- Previous experience working remotely or in a work-from-home environment
