Job Overview
As a High School Program Manager at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing enriching programs that enhance student experiences. You'll collaborate with educational institutions and the community to develop programs that cater to the specific needs of schools and students. Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Collaborate with the Program Team to broaden our educational offerings, incorporating both in-person and virtual formats.
- School Support: Provide support to schools as they integrate JA programs, tailored to meet their specific requirements.
- Volunteer Training: Conduct training and assistance for volunteers to ensure effective delivery of JA programs through various teaching methods.
- Program Oversight: Oversee program sessions to guarantee quality implementation by volunteers or educators.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain precise reports related to program activities.
- CRM Management: Manage and update program information within our CRM system.
- Recruitment and Brand Awareness: Assist Program Directors with volunteer and school recruitment efforts, alongside initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Board and Committee Meetings: Aid in the preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required. Alternatively, equivalent experience in a related field may be considered.
Relevant Business Experience
A minimum of one year of relevant business experience is preferred. This experience can be in a variety of fields, including education, non-profit, or corporate.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and adept at virtual work environments.
- Communication and Public Speaking: Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities.
- Presentation and Tutoring: Strong presentation and tutoring skills, with knowledge of lesson planning or curriculum development.
- Problem-Solving and Prioritization: Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-Driven and Organized: Self-driven and organized in approach to work.
