About the Role
We're expanding our Recruiting team and looking for an experienced Full Stack Recruiter to join our Go To Market teams. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, filtering, and hiring top talent for roles across our sales, marketing, account management, and customer success departments. With a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, you'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to continue growing our team. Responsibilities
- Sourcing and filtering through candidates: Utilize your expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring to identify top talent for our Go To Market teams.
- Organizing interviews and debriefs: Coordinate interviews and debriefs with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Working with Hiring Managers to understand criteria for roles: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and qualifications for each role.
- Reviewing and assessing technical capabilities of candidates: Evaluate the technical skills and abilities of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
- Building pipeline for future roles and anticipating upcoming hiring plans: Develop a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles and stay ahead of hiring needs.
- Assessing applicant ability to succeed in our environment: Evaluate candidates' ability to thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Designing, implementing, or altering processes to improve hiring funnel: Continuously improve our hiring processes to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Requirements
We're looking for a proactive and flexible Recruiter with a strong track record of success in candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring. If you have:
- 4-5 years of experience in recruiting: Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for roles in the SaaS space.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Account Executives, Account Manager, Solution Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product Marketers, Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers & other roles across go to market functions: A strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for these roles.
- Proven success and strong relationships formed with past hiring managers & candidates: A track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and filter candidates.
- Comfortability with ATS: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ability to use them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Highly organized and possess attention to detail: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfortability managing candidates and hiring managers in different time zones: Ability to work with candidates and hiring managers in various time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Adaptability & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
