We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Outside Sales efforts in the Northeast region. As a key member of our Core Team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our merchant acquisition and sales process. About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Regional Merchant Leads (Outside Sales Representatives) operating across the Northeast region. Your primary focus will be on increasing our selection and accelerating our sales process. You will oversee the daily operations of this team, ensuring their success in achieving OKR goals. You will also work cross-functionally with our strategy and operations and other teams to report up on sales metrics and innovate on our future approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Regional Merchant Leads (Outside Sales Representatives) to achieve OKR goals and drive sales growth in the Northeast region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase merchant acquisition and retention in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report up on sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel with your team to meet with restaurants and establish partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing direct reports to drive sales growth and team success.
  • Operate at the lowest level of detail to hold your team accountable to goals and quotas.
  • Establish best practices and develop new sales plans, strategies, and programs to help increase team performance.
  • Work closely with XFN stakeholders to help accelerate selection in important markets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • 2+ years of direct field sales experience generating net new business.
  • Proven successful experience managing high-performing teams.
  • A record of success driving teams to exceed goals against quota.
  • Proficiency in navigating sales tools quickly (Salesforce, Google Apps, Outreach).
  • The ability to travel in market (Northeast region) with your team – at least 2x per week.
