Job Description:
Summary:We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Intake & Client Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and maintaining the firm’s commitment to responsive, client-centered service. Monthly Compensation
$1,150 to $1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls from prospective clients and team members
• Data entry into the system accurately and efficiently
• Communicating effectively with clients and internal team members
• Drafting documents such as engagement letters and handling administrative tasks
• Managing email, scheduling, and client follow-ups
• Ensuring all documents and communications are handled with professionalism and confidentiality
• Using Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Acrobat) for document creation, editing, and management

Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of remote working experience (no first-time remote workers)
• Experience in call centers or customer service roles
• Familiarity with working with US companies
• Fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and punctuation
• Experience with e-filing court documents (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to focus fully on a distraction-free environment

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
