Senior Solutions Consultant

Are you passionate about helping businesses solve problems with smart technology? Do you enjoy working closely with people and bringing creative solutions to life? We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team in the North Europe region.

In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our sales and product teams, helping connect our software solutions to customer needs. You’ll build trusted relationships with decision-makers and guide them through how our technology can make their work easier and more effective.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product experts, and customers to understand challenges and design solutions that fit.

  • Act as the main technical/solution contact for our customers, providing clear, helpful information both online and in person.

  • Help customers explore and test our products through trials and proof-of-concept projects.

  • Explain how emerging technologies like AI, automation are shaping customer service and how our solutions support these innovations.

  • Listen carefully to customer requirements, including automation needs, and translate them into clear, effective solutions.

  • Be a confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and listen deeply to what customers need.

  • Manage multiple projects and enjoy working independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a presales or consulting role, ideally for 5+ years.

  • Comfortable discussing how AI, automation, and bots improve customer service processes.

  • Familiar with SaaS (cloud-based software) and basic web technologies — but you don’t need to be a coding expert.

  • Skilled at understanding customer needs and translating them into clear solutions.

  • Strong communication skills — you’re confident in meetings and can write clearly.

  • A curious and creative problem solver who enjoys working on new challenges.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers and collaborate with your team.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in industries like customer service, IT management, or data analytics.

  • Previous consulting or software implementation experience.

  • Familiarity with cloud contact center technologies and business process automation.

  • Experience facilitating collaborative workshops or design thinking sessions.
