Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and capture data accurately and in a timely manner from various sources, including employees and customers, to update our company's databases.
  • Perform data entry into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and other relevant databases.
  • Prepare information for data entry, ensuring it's organized and ready for processing.
  • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including clerical tasks and data entry duties such as typing and faxing.
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, including data entry of credits and new applications.
  • Identify, correct, and report data entry errors to the relevant parties.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following established data program techniques and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with dealers to ensure accurate and timely data entry into our systems.
  • Train new data entry employees on our computer system and data entry processes.
  • Perform routine audits and data entry corrections to ensure data integrity.
  • Operate data entry devices for keypunching, data entry, and verification duties as required.
  • Review and verify data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with our standards.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software and systems.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be interacting with employees and customers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Preferred qualifications include:
