About Our Customer Service Team
Our Customer Service team is a global organization that supports customers in 16 languages from over 130 locations worldwide. As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat: You'll respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints: You'll work with customers to resolve their issues and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers: After resolving a customer's issue, you'll follow up to ensure that they're satisfied with the outcome and that their issue is fully resolved.
- Research and provide accurate information: You'll use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and policies.
- Identify and escalate priority issues: You'll identify priority issues and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
- Meet performance metrics: You'll meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
- Provide feedback to management: You'll provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues, helping us to continually improve our products and services.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Time management skills: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus, but not required.
