Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing required services that address client issues, driving 340B program advancement opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Program Expertise: Serve as the knowledgeable authority on the 340B program, providing expert guidance and support to clients, and working with internal teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Use cross-functional support teams to request and interpret various data streams, and communicate business results and trends that impact client performance.
  • Process Improvement: Request client feedback, determine process improvement solutions, and suggest system upgrades to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the 340B program.
  • Client Support: Provide essential support to clients during 340B reviews, participate in the client's review cycle, and offer remote or on-site support as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, details, complaints, comments, and actions taken, and contact clients to answer questions or inform them of investigation results and planned changes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain working relationships with various internal stakeholders, including IT, Stores, Legal, and Sales teams, to facilitate functional exchanges of information.
  • 340B Program Development: Continuously develop an in-depth understanding of the 340B program, identifying opportunities to improve the program's overall efficiency and attractiveness.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma and two (2) years of client or account relationship experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues, and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating to various audiences, including work groups, teams, organization management, and external clients.
  • Customer Service: Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Fundamental level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with ability to perform various tasks, such as data analysis, presentation development, and document creation.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience OR High School Diploma and 2 years of client or account relationship experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a client or account management environment, preferably in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM.
