Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to truckers and other clients who call in for emergency road service, tire service, and other related issues.
 - Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
 - Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in their area and providing timely solutions.
 - Input relevant call information into our PC system, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types as needed.
 - Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require further assistance.
 - Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our system.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
 - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
 - PC familiarity and proficient typing skills.
 - The ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
 - Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
 - A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
 - A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
 - The ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and employment verification.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Previous experience working from home or in a remote call center environment.
 - A history of providing exceptional customer service in a call center or related setting.
 - Familiarity with customer service software and technologies.
