As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a variety of data into our user interface, ensuring the highest level of data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze documents to identify relevant data to add into our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct additional research as necessary, including contacting data authorities for guidance on interpreting documents.
  • Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation.
  • Articulate data transformation processes clearly and effectively.
  • Take on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
  • Work independently with limited oversight, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Utilize provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance, showcasing self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, ensuring high-quality work and productivity.
  • Complete items within the Data Entry queue, maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently with limited oversight, while also being a team player.
  • A willingness to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects.
  • An uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience and skills are highly valued:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in data entry and comparison.
  • Previous data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
