**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent Intake Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting MedSpeed's on-demand business through direct customer interaction via the telephone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Monitor and respond to customer calls while meeting corporate guidelines and performance standards.
* **Handling Customer Issues**: Address general questions about MedSpeed's service process, effectively handle issues, and solve problems with excellent communication skills.
* **Logging and Tracking Issues**: Utilize online systems and procedures to log, track, and document all issues in accordance with applicable guidelines and requirements.
