**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to customers
* Train customers and share industry and development expertise to drive software development goals and technology adoption
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones
* Troubleshoot complex problems and analyze issues to provide expert guidance and support
* Maintain and extend accreditations and certifications, and assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for clients' Premier
**Essential Qualifications**
* 8+ years of technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management
* Advanced certifications in Windows Server, Azure, and other relevant technologies
* Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
* Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
* Broad knowledge of on-premises products, including Windows Server, Virtualization, Windows Client, Patching/Windows Update, Networking, Storage, Failover Clustering, Windows Performance, Blue Screen/kernel debugging, PowerShell, RDS, WVD, and more
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced certifications in Azure, such as IaaS platform, Infrastructure as Code, Governance, Azure Migrate, Well-Architected Framework, and Cloud Adoption Framework
* Experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management
* Strong understanding of Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
* Experience with customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and other relevant technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships and gain trust and respect for clients' Premier
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
