As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in guiding our members and providers through their healthcare journeys. You'll be the trusted advisor and educator, providing expert guidance on health-related inquiries, resolving claim concerns, and helping find doctors via telephone calls, online chats, or emails. **A Typical Day**

**Qualifications**
We're looking for experienced customer care professionals who possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment (CCRI).
* A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment (CCRII).
* A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an automated customer service environment (CCRIII).
* Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet, private workspace.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for serving others, empathy, and a desire to go above and beyond to help resolve members' questions at the first point of contact.
