Appointment Setter (ZR_26519_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week)

  • Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM EST

Client Timezone: Eastern time

Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm leads generated from marketing campaigns to qualify interest and set appointments

  • Follow provided scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural conversation flow

  • Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria including decision-making authority and company fit

  • Schedule demo appointments for qualified prospects with closing team

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and appointment outcomes

  • Work within strict compliance guidelines for trading industry regulations

  • Handle both warm leads from campaigns and cold outreach as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills with clear accent suitable for North American/Australian markets

  • Previous experience in appointment setting or inside sales preferred

  • Familiarity with SaaS or financial services industry a plus

  • Ability to work during target market business hours (Canada, New Zealand, Australia time zones)

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and call tracking software

  • Professional phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services
