The Business Development Manager will play a key role in executing our B2B sales strategy. What you'll be doing

  • Drive lead generation efforts, continuously finding innovative ways to attract and convert high-quality business customers.

    • Identify and map potential customers in a targeted industry, qualify their potential, and proactively secure meetings with key decision-makers.

    • Research and attend industry events where our ideal customers (ICPs) are present, developing relationships that translate into sales opportunities.

    • Help organize and participate in DolarApp-hosted events to connect with potential leads and strengthen business relationships.

  • Master DolarApp’s value proposition

    • Deliver clear and consistent pitches the different use cases of our B2B product.

    • Tailor the pitches to the different customer segments and respectfully handle objections.

    • Serve as the face and ambassador of our brand in all your interactions.

  • Focus on outcomes, not just outputs

    • Prioritize your time to focus on high-potential leads that convert into valuable customers.

    • Will help build a disciplined sales process, oriented to efficiently follow up on leads, track their progress through the sales funnel, and optimize conversion efforts.

    • Monitor customer success post-conversion, ensuring initial hypotheses align with real outcomes and recalibrate lead generation strategies as needed.

  • Discipline and rigor – The B2B sales process is complex and long-term. You’ll need to track customer progress, follow up systematically, and refine your approach over time.

  • Curiosity and a passion for business and finance – Understanding our customers' challenges and the financial landscape is crucial for delivering value.


Nice - to - haves:

  • Past experience selling financial platforms or B2B SaaS

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Proficiency using sales tools like CRMs, Mailing platforms, etc

  • Design knowledge to prepare materials
