Key Responsibilities
As a Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our hospital customers in Wichita, KS. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collecting single-use devices at hospitals within your designated territory, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
 - Engaging with hospital staff to provide training and education on the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solutions' bins and the devices that can be collected.
 - Partnering with sales representatives in your assigned territory to manage inventory, develop education cadence, and supply materials to hospitals.
 - Building strong relationships with hospital staff and internal partners to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
 - Utilizing your personal vehicle to travel to assigned hospitals, covering approximately 80-100 miles per day depending on your territory.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
 - A valid and unrestricted driver's license, along with appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.
 - The physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis.
 - A reliable personal vehicle, as you'll be required to drive to assigned hospitals.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hospital staff and internal partners.
