Job Overview

The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing client organizations, sourcing and filling management and non-management job openings, and developing strategic recruitment plans. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide cross-functional support, and specialize in filling sales, customer service, or technical positions. Your expertise in sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing, and candidate selection will be essential in identifying top talent and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides cross-functional client support and specializes in filling sales, customer service, or technical positions
  • Sources candidates using various methods, including creating sourcing strategies, identifying competitor information, researching industry trends, and utilizing sourcing tools
  • Initiates, recommends, develops, and implements advertising and media campaigns to attract top talent
  • Maintains established college recruiting partnerships and attends college recruiting events and job fairs
  • Manages and monitors vendor performance and relationships, including rate negotiation, issue resolutions, and agency performance
  • Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects to improve recruitment processes and services
  • Oversees non-management priority placement process and uses best practices to improve products and services
  • Maintains and reviews records for compliance with company guidelines and provides consultation on guidelines to aid in resolution of issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED, with a preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Typically 2-5 or more years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, client management, or account management
  • Knowledge of labor agreements, internal and external business issues, and industry trends
  • Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
