About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, resourceful, and passionate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and building out Talent Acquisition programs that drive our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing recruitment strategies, establishing strong pipelines, creating engaging onboarding experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Build out scalable and strategic talent pipelines from the ground-up to source top talents, ensuring a diverse and skilled candidate pool.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding processes and workflows that maximize time, efficiency, and quality, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Proactively pioneer and identify ways to engage with top talents across various recruitment channels and platforms, utilizing industry connections and networks such as LinkedIn, Workable ATS, college and industry-specific career websites, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies, improve recruiting processes, and foster a collaborative and high-performance environment that drives business results.
  • Organize candidate documents, onboarding documents, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new hires.
  • Partner closely and communicate effectively with various teams, providing excellent service, timeliness, and respect, and contributing to a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Pitch brilliant ideas and take action on innovative ways to enhance and manage our career web page, job descriptions, and build out onboarding materials, showcasing our company's brand and values.
  • Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and report on recruiting progress on a weekly basis, providing insights that inform recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting high-profile talents and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Experience with high-volume environments utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, technical forums, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Passion and vision for emerging media and fashion, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in these fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or onsite team setting and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a start-up environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and techniques, including social media recruitment and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Certifications or training in recruitment, HR, or a related field, such as SHRM or HRCI.
